Jay Feldman

Jay Feldman has been practicing law since 1974. Before relocating his practice to Florida in 1991, he was the managing partner of the New York-New Jersey law firm of Feldman & Fiorello.
Jay graduated New England School of Law in 1974, having achieved honors as a Law Review editor. He was Editor-in-Chief of the award-winning legal publication “The Reporter” for twelve years, and is a member of numerous professional associations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to the bar in the states of Florida, New York, and New Jersey. Jay is actively involved with several philanthropic causes and organizations. He is a recipient of the Israel Humanitarian Foundation's Arthur J. Goldberg Humanitarian Award and has been honored with the James Randi Educational Foundation's Isaac Asimov award for his fundraising on behalf of those organizations.

Michael Feldman
Michael Feldman began his legal career practicing securities litigation in the New York City offices of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP. Michael earned his JD from Boston University School of Law in 2003 and is a member of the Florida, New York, and New Jersey bar associations. He is a member of both the National and Florida Academies of Elder Law Attorneys, the ABA, and is a VA certified attorney.
He is active in several charitable causes that promote science education and critical thinking skills.

Scott J. Brook
Scott Brook (of counsel) is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. He practices in the areas of family law, workers' compensation, and commercial litigation.
Scott is a certified Florida Supreme Court mediator, former chair of the Broward County Planning Commission, and a former member of the National League of Cities' Council for Youth, Education and Families. He has received numerous civic honors and awards, and served as mayor of Coral Springs, Florida from 2006 through 2010.
